All these reviews seem totally fake and clearly not genuine.

This software is a total disaster. It takes a preauthorization deposit from guests, but after five days, that preauth gets refunded, and then they hit the bank account again for another deposit. Naturally, guests think they’ve been charged twice!

It’s a ridiculous setup that leaves your guests confused, leading to a flood of support messages from annoyed customers and a bunch of negative reviews.

To make matters worse, sometimes it doesn’t even refund half of the deposit, which just adds to the complaints.

The chat support team is pretty clueless and their English is all over the place. Honestly, out of all the chat supports I’ve dealt with, theirs are the worst.

They keep making excuses for their double deposit nonsense, claiming there’s no other option.

But there is! Just go with any other channel manager besides Uplisting. No other channel manager has this ridiculous system.

This is a fantastic collection of features along with a development crew that actively looks for user input and genuinely incorporates requested functionalities into their plans! I'm excited to evolve alongside this company.

They genuinely listen to you—real folks who know their stuff, understand your needs, and get things sorted. Plus, it’s affordable and user-friendly.

The automation messaging feature is superb and saves a ton of time (no more typing the same messages repeatedly!). I hear they’re planning to enhance this even more with additional auto messages, and I’m excited about the possibility of adding more channels.
